Dimensional limitations:

  • the maximum circumference is 300 cm
    (2x šířka + 2x výška + 1x délka)
  • maximum 100 cm for handing in a GLS Drop Off point
  • maximum 200 cm for picking up by a courier driver

    GLS collects the required COD amount during the delivery and transfers it safely and quickly to the sender's account - usually within three working days after the delivery.
    Additional insurance for the sender to the automatically provided insurance of 6.000 CZK. This service is valid for all parcels only within the Czech Republic.

    GLS Drop Off point* (+ 0 CZK) weight max. 20 kg, length max. 100 cm for GLS Parcel Shop and max. 55 cm for GLS Parcel Box
    You do not have to wait for a courier driver. You can send your parcel from a GLS Drop Off point!

    The network of GLS pick-up points in the Czech Republic consists of GLS Parcel Shops and GLS Parcel Boxes. They are available for everyone who does not want to be limited by the time of couriers arrival and wants to send parcels in a quick, reliable and comfortable way. Where is the closest GLS Drop Off point?

    * In case of sending from a GLS Drop Off point , remember to provide the parcel with an address label from e-Balík. You do not fill in the Drop Off point address where you take the package anywhere.
    		Pickup by courier driver (+ 60 CZK) weight max. 31,5 kg, circuit of the package max. 300 cm
    * The maximum weight of the parcel in case of sending via GLS Pick Up point is 20 kg.
