You can calculate the price for your transport while you make the order in your shopping cart. We will confirm your order via e-mail, and if you don´t want to bring the parcel to a GLS ParcelShop, the next working day our courier driver will pick up your parcel directly at your home and he/she will bring the pre-printed address labels.
You can fill in all the necessary data easily, the help and tips buttons can be found directly where you need them. Addresses of companies are displayed by the AutoComplete directly in the input field. Processes are as intuitive as you are used to when shopping on the Internet. All the necessary detailed information is available directly on the web sites.

Less is more. Portal e-Balík has clear graphics; it requires only necessary data and includes only necessary functions such as the directory. In it, you can save specified addresses and then it can be used quickly and easily for the next shipment, which can significantly save time especially to the frequent senders. Naturally, there is the Track & Trace system easily available directly on the homepage to monitor the shipping.
FlexDeliveryService: if the user enters the consignee's email address, GLS will inform the consignee automatically and in advance about the delivery. Additionally, the consignee can change the place and time of delivery - free of charge and without the registration.
FlexDeliverySMSService: if the user chooses this service and enters the consignee's mobile phone number as well, GLS will inform the consignee in advance about the delivery status by an SMS which also contains the information about the possibility to change the place and time of delivery - free of charge and without the registration.
CashService (COD): For shipments throughout the Czech Republic the user of e-Balík can order the service when GLS delivers the parcel to the consignee only in exchange for the payment of the COD amount specified by the sender. This sum is safely and quickly transferred to the account the sender has entered during his or her registration to the application.
