We have added a feature enabling to search for a tax payment receipt in the menu section My account → Orders.
Now you can find the proof of payment for your order in two places, in the Orders menu section as well as in your email box. This prevents problems emerging occasionally when customers delete a confirmation email from their email box.
This new feature for archiving and managing your tax payment receipts will be most appreciated by your accounting department; documents are easily traceable, and it is possible to print them individually.
Ship with us cheaper! Since 1st April 2021 we have had an adjusted price list for shipping parcels abroad.
We have reduced prices of shipping to Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Poland.

For easier and faster label printing, we have modified the attachment confirming your order.
You no longer have to scroll your attachment all the way to the last page to print a shipping label. The labels are now available on page one of the attachment to make label printing more convenient for you.
Very often we encounter the fact that our customers do not feel comfortable copying information from the already established system of their e-shop into our application.
Therefore, we decided to upgrade our services and offer contacts / addresses import via a CSV file. Now you can upload more contact details (name, surname, company name, address, etc.) to your address list at the same time.
You can perform the address import in the menu section My account → Addresses → Address import, where you will upload the created CSV file. You can also find the information that has to be contained in the CSV file in the Address import section, where a sample CSV file is also available for viewing.
To make you work in a smoother way, we have prepared a mail address autocomplete combining the entered address information smartly and offering only existing options for other fields.
Now while filling in your customer’s mailing address, the application offers an “autocomplete” of a possible address combination so as to facilitate and refine your work.
