If you want to send your parcel from a Drop Off point, its weight must not exceed 20 kg and lenght 100 cm. Please order pick up by a courier driver for bigger parcels, where the limitation increases up to 31,5 kg and 200 cm.

GLS collects the required COD amount during the delivery and transfers it safely and quickly to the sender's account - usually within three working days after the delivery.

Insurance for 20.000 CZK
Additional insurance for the sender to the automatically provided insurance of 6.000 CZK. This service is valid for all parcels only within the Czech Republic.

The network of GLS pick-up points in the Czech Republic consists of GLS Parcel Shops and GLS Parcel Boxes. They are available for everyone who does not want to be limited by the time of couriers arrival and wants to send parcels in a quick, reliable and comfortable way. Where is the closest GLS Drop Off point?

* In case of sending from a GLS Drop Off point , remember to provide the parcel with an address label from e-Balík. You do not fill in the Drop Off point address where you take the package anywhere.

Sending a package with a label – After ordering transport, you will receive a label by email and stick it on your shipment.

I don´t want to print a label

(balík je možné podat pouze v GLS Parcel Boxu)

Sending a package without a label – You don´t have to print a label, just write a five-digit PIN code on your package, which you will receive by email. You will have the PIN available within 20 minutes of sending the order.

The PIN code is valid for 30 calendar days from its generation.

Pickup by courier driver (+ 60 CZK/pickup) weight max. 31,5 kg, circuit of the package max. 300 cm

The courier will bring you labels and stick them on the package.
The service is charged for the entire order, not for the number of packages.

We recommend you to choose a method of delivery by courier only when you have the last package available on the given day.

* The maximum weight of the parcel in case of sending via GLS Pick Up point is 20 kg.
