Maybe you are just one step away from taking advantage of quantity discounts on eBalik.

Are you an entrepreneur with a valid ID number and have you registered on our e-Balik? Take advantage of the credit system, which serves as a means of payment (wallet) on eBalik. If you pay for your shipping orders with credit, we'll automatically refund some of the credits you've used at the end of the month.

Electronic confirmation of COD payment

From October 2023, our clients can take advantage of a NEW feature in the form of a COD payment receipt in electronic form. The previously issued Cash on Delivery Receipt for parcels delivered by courier has been replaced by an online downloaded document today. The path to the downloaded document is very simple, just enter the details of your parcel on the GLS website.

We think ecologically and thus save 5,000 paper sheets a day.

GLS couriers delivered three times more parcels to pick-up points and boxes in December

During the pre-Christmas season, GLS recorded a significantly increased interest in delivery to pick-up points. During December, GLS couriers delivered 136% more parcels to GLS ParcelShops than in the same period in 2022. In fact, GLS delivered 1567% more parcels to GLS ParcelBoxes than in December 2022.

Updated GTC

We would like to inform you about the update of the GTC for Entrepreneurs and the TC for Consumers coming into force on 1. 2. 2024. 

Major changes in updated documents:

• Specification of wording according to the current interpretation of the Postal Act
• Addition of conditions for the use of automatic pick-up points (parcel machines)
• Unification of conditions for entrepreneurs using the e-Balik Profi parcel handling system
• Specification of conditions for entrepreneurs – LQ ADR shipments
• Specification of conditions for entrepreneurs – customs portal

New price conditions on the e-Balik portal

From 1 January 2024, new price conditions on the e-Balik portal have come into force. 

The price list includes the following changes:

• 4 size categories (S: up to 3 kg; M: up to 10 kg; L: up to 20 kg and XL: up to 31.5 kg)
• The price of transport when using pick-up points in the Czech Republic starts at CZK 69
• Higher price for delivery to an address in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and zone I.

Prices for transport to other zones and prices for services remain unchanged.

We are expanding the GLS ParcelBox network with the new Solar series

The new GLS Solar ParcelBoxes are powered exclusively by solar panels and thus offer an environmentally friendly parcel transport solution that can be used in applications where there is a problem with the electricity connection. Another advantage is their ease of use, which does not require the installation of any application or the use of a smartphone.

These boxes are fully reliable in all seasons and are used for both picking up and sending packages. Compared to the current GLS ParcelBoxes, they only allow cash on delivery to be paid in advance via the GoPay online gateway.
